1. Payment
If you have opted for advance payment by bank transfer, we ask you to transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account:

Please state your order number with your bank payment. You will find this number in your confirmation e-mail.
If you have successfully paid with Paypal, iDEAL, Sofort, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA or bancontact then your order will be processed.
2. Delivery
Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment. If all ordered items are in stock, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered items that need to be produced for you (for example, including saddles, Marylot products, etc.), there may be a delivery time.
When an article is not in stock and also not expected within two weeks we will contact you. There are generally 3 possibilities:
1. We can offer you a similar alternative (eg a different color).
2. The item is placed in backorder and is sent as soon as it is in stock.
3. Your order of the article will be canceled and you will receive payment from us within 10 working days.
3. Shipping
Once your order is ready, it will be sent with a parcel service. If you discover transport damage, we request that you contact us directly within 3 working days at the latest.
4. Exchange / return
If the items delivered by us do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 8 days. Remember that the products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
There are three possibilities for return:
1. We have delivered another item than you ordered. In that case, the costs of returning and sending the right product are for us.
2. We have sent an article that is not the right size. In that case, the costs of returning and sending the right product are for you.
3. The article does not meet your expectations. In that case, the costs of return are for you.
4. Products that are specifically made to your wishes can not be returned without further notice. However, these can be exchanged or adjusted in consultation.
